Shipping


Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are extremely limited in quantity, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we can offer exchanges for other available items or sizes, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Please note: Exchanges are only available for orders shipped within North America. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders outside of North America.

Fees


For any exchange or return-to-stock request, customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees. A restocking fee may also apply to cover processing costs.

We appreciate your understanding. Our focus is on creating exclusive, limited-run products, and this policy allows us to maintain that standard while continuing to serve our community.

International Duties & Taxes


For orders shipped outside of North America, all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. EBC has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount prior to delivery.

 

Refused or Abandoned Shipments

Orders that are refused by the recipient or left unclaimed / abandoned with the carrier are not eligible for a refund.

When an order is placed, the customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that the provided shipping address is accurate, that the package can be successfully delivered, and that it is accepted or retrieved within the carrier’s allotted holding period. If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us due to failure to collect the package (including, but not limited to, missed delivery attempts, customs refusal, or incorrect address details), the order is considered abandoned.

In these cases:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping, customs fees, or carrier handling fees (if incurred) will not be reimbursed

  • The order will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or replacement

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking information once it is provided and contacting the carrier directly if delivery issues arise. If you believe there has been an error or exceptional circumstance, please reach out to our support team before refusing a shipment so we can attempt to assist.
