EBC x GYM LE QUARTIER Community Workout
On December 14, we brought our community together for the EBC x Gym Le Quartier Community Workout. We opened applications on Instagram expecting strong interest. What we didn’t expect was over 300 people applying for a workout capped at just 64 spots. Selection wasn’t random. Athletes were chosen based on loyalty, engagement, and alignment with the EBC mindset, people who show up, support the brand, and live the 1% better philosophy daily.

The Workout
The format was simple but demanding.
• 64 athletes
• 8 teams
• 8 stations
• One winning team

Each team rotated through eight stations:
Treadmill
SkiErg
Rower
Bike
Wall balls
Push-ups
Burpees
Lunges
Every rep counted. Every meter mattered.

After eight stations and no room to coast, Team 3 emerged on top, earning the $400 cash prize by logging the highest total distance across the workout.
One-on-One Challenges
After the circuit, we pushed things even further with one-on-one competitions, including the Caro’s Challenge & an all-out Treadmill Sprint where athletes had 30 seconds to cover as much distance as possible. The gym was loud, the sprints were massive, and the energy was unreal.

We awarded 10 individual prizes, including:
• EBC windbreakers
• Spek Optics sunglasses
• One-month Gym Le Quartier memberships
Community, Taken Care Of
From the moment athletes checked in, the focus was on experience.
Each athlete was assigned a team and welcomed at their first station with a gift package:
• A Guru Energy drink
• An EBC performance tee in their team colour
• A $25 EBC gift card — meant to be shared with someone who helps them be better every day

Throughout the event, Guru Energy kept athletes fuelled and refreshed. Once the work was done, Poulet Rouge provided meals for everyone because recovery matters just as much as effort.

Why We Do This
This event wasn’t about content.
It wasn’t about sales.
It wasn’t about scale.
It was about community, accountability, and shared effort.
EBC exists to bring people together through movement, to create spaces where effort is respected, competition is healthy, and progress is collective. December 14 was exactly that.
To everyone who applied, trained, competed, supported, and showed up this is your club.
More soon.
