We know that sometimes things don’t work out with your order and that’s completely fine.
At EBC, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a EBC Gift Card.

Please note - Returns & Exchanges are only available for the following regions - Canada, United States, Australia, Europe, New Zealand & UK.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Store credit is issued as an EBC Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.
Return Window
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with the original packaging.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Products/packaging that are in non-sellable condition will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for: Final Sale items
Please note - Returns & Exchanges are only available for the following regions - Canada, United States, Australia, Europe, UK & New Zealand.
We offer two easy options through our Returns Portal:
- Exchange:
Swap your order for a different item, size or colour (based on availability).
Your replacement will ship once your return has been received and processed. - Store Credit:
Receive an EBC Gift Card equal to your return value.
Gift cards are emailed automatically once your return is processed and never expire.
Additional Details
- Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount paid for each item.
- If your requested item is out of stock, you’ll automatically receive store credit.
- Please note, orders starting with "EXC" can only be returned for a gift card. We're unable to allow exchanges on exchange orders.

To maintain the quality and value you expect, without raising prices to cover the high cost of processing returns, we’ve chosen a return approach that keeps your experience seamless and our commitment to excellence strong:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please submit a ticket here. Within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The Item
- The Packaging
- The Shipping label or SKU
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped for the same item and size (based on availability). Reports made after 7 days or without required images may not qualify for replacement.

- Returns & Exchanges are accepted only through our Returns Portal - this ensures tracking and timely processing.
- Items sent outside of this process may be delayed or ineligible for exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non refundable.
- Duties and taxes on international orders are not eligible for credit.
All orders placed within Canada and the United States are eligible for returns. Please refer to our return policy above for full details on return eligibility, conditions, and processing.
At this time, we do not support returns for orders shipped to regions including South America, Africa, the Middle East, and certain parts of Asia and Eastern Europe unless otherwise stated in our International Returns policy.
