Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a EBC Gift Card.

RETURN WINDOW

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Requests submitted after this timeframe, or that do not follow our policy guidelines, will not be approved.

PROCESSING TIMES

• After your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.                                       
• Store credit is provided as an EBC Gift Card sent by email. It does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with the original packaging.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Products/packaging that are in non-sellable condition will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return: Final Sale items.
